Japan Rentals Billing Process

DETAILED BILLING & STATEMENTS  Statements are processed on a monthly billing cycle.The cycle ending on the last day of each month. Should there be additional charges (extensions, late return, data overages, Return delivery charges, international calls, roaming charges, non-return of items, damages, etc), a detailed statement of your charges will be sent by e-mail between 2 – 6 weeks after the completion of the rental and return of the cellular equipment. Statement will included a detailed listing of the charges including all domestic or international airtime charges, and/or daily data usage amounts.

EXPEDITED DETAILED BILLING  You may request an expedited statement be sent after the return of the rental.Requests are accepted by email or by telephone during normal business hours. Roaming charges are unable to be expedited. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the rental statement or require expedited service.

Add 8% Japan Consumption Tax to all rates and fees. Discounts available for long term or multiple rentals. Please contact us for rentals exceeding 60 days.
